Appointment Policy
All detailing services are by appointment only. Walk-ins may be accommodated based on availability but are not guaranteed. -
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. No-shows or late cancellations may be subject to a fee. -
Service Completion Time
Service durations are estimates and may vary based on the condition of the vehicle. We will do our best to provide timely updates and notify clients of any delays. -
Pre-existing Damage
We are not responsible for any pre-existing damage. A pre-service inspection is performed on all vehicles and documented. -
Valuables
Please remove all valuables from your vehicle before your appointment. We are not responsible for any lost or missing items. -
Payment Terms
Payment is due in full upon completion of services. We accept cash, debit, and major credit cards. Prices are subject to applicable taxes. -
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a service, please notify us within 24 hours. We will make reasonable efforts to address and resolve the issue. -
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or vehicle for any reason, including unsafe conditions or behavior. -
Vehicle Condition Limitations
Heavily soiled vehicles, excessive pet hair, or other special conditions may incur additional charges. -
Use of Photos
We may take photos of your vehicle for promotional purposes (e.g., before and after photos) unless otherwise requested.
